akoa breakfast:
1 cup of steam egg white..murag consist of 6 eggs guro pero w/o the yolk
1 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
lunch
kung wla pako ka gym:
1 cup rice
2 pieces chicken thigh or breast or 1 cup cook pork meat
1 cup of veges
kung gkan nko gym:
1 glass of whey protein
2 breast or thigh chicken or 1 cup cook pork meat
1 banana
Dinner:
ideally: kung wla ko gigutom kay i'll eat only 2 banana and yogurt
kung gigutom ko kay:
1 cup rice and any sud.an
cheat day:
sat and sundays
i drink softdrinks or unsa akong cravings like kfc

meal 1: oats + 8pcs scrambled eggwhites cooked in olive oil
meal 2: pan grilled chicken breast + organic brown rice
meal 3: charcoal grilled tuna belly + organic brown rice
meal 4: pan grilled chicken breast + sweet potato
meal 5: BCAA's + sweet potato (pre-workout)
meal 6: whey protein isolate powder + white bread (post-workout)
meal 7: 10 scambled egg whites cooked in olive oil
meal 8: casein protein powder
that's 8 meals a day for work out days and 6 meals on non-workout days, eating every 2-1/2 or every 2 hours... and carbs and protein ratio varies because i cylce my carb intake for fat burning... striclty no carbs on 2 meals before or the last meal before sleeping...

Great suggestions and one of the healthier meal plans for the body. I'm a skinnier guy, a hard gainer and not a fan of pumping my body full of supplements and chemicals just to look good on the beach. Also trying to eat more vegetarian diet, which makes gaining even harder. I will try this for 2 weeks substituting tofu, beans and eggs a few times per week. Thanks!!
