Exactly, the business of the 21St Century is Outsource-Distribution type of model. Traditional buisness don't work that much today if you start from sratch. You need to have a system where-in people can work with you and let money work for you. Business and Investor quadrant from RObert Kiyosaki. I have just read the book of Kiyosaki, I think there are commonalities, In business you need people working with you and you must retire as an investor, let money work for you.

IMG is a financial broker. Daghan ug partner ang IMG that carries life insurance, non life insurance, mutual funds, and real estate.

About mutual funds, it's a diversified investment. It is a pool of money invested by a fund manager to different investment vehicles, most likely stocks and bonds. The difference between a mutual fund and investing directly to stocks is that in mutual funds, a professional fund manager handles your money and invests it on your behalf while on stocks, ikaw ang mopili kung asa iinvest. Gamay ra pud ang starting amount to invest usually sa mutual funds.

His comment: "Bitaw no? Mag-invest na gyud ko bai. Dugay na kaayo kong nakaplano nga mag-invest. 5 years nako sige trabaho but wala pa gyud ko ka save".

You can really see in his eyes both the feeling of regrets he made during the previous years of not saving and the burning desire of saving now for his future.

However, after receiving his 13th month pay last week, nakabalita cya nga naay 50% off nga new model sa cellphone [LG Optimus] sa SM.
Unsa iya gibuhat? Ni linya siyag apil to buy that phone..
    ....
    ..
    .
I know dili ko kabuot sa iyaha decision but I find it funny sometimes! hahahaha..
10 years from now, if moduol ko niyag balik den ako cya pangutan-on kung naa na ba cyay na save, di na ko mag-wonder kung unsa iya itubag.. hehehehe..

    Wake up guys.

Hinuon, wala man nuon ko nalain sa iya gibuhat. In fact, pasalamat gani ko niya. Because every product he buys at SM means another increase in my mutual fund investment.

Kinsa pa kahay pareha niya no? I hope daghan pa.. Thanks ninyo tanan SPENDERS.
    Congrats tanan SAVERS!

P.S. This is just an eye - opener.

    Ooppps! Sori bro.
Pero daghan naigo ani. If wala pa lang ko kahibalo pud bahin ani, igo pud unta ko. hehehe..

Lisod man gud if mag-usab ta sa tawo gikan sa iyang pagka spender to saver. Dako kaau ang barrier and financial literacy alone is not enough. Ang barrier nga ako pasabot is, ang mindset sa tawo nga for the past pipila ka years, wa gyuy idea or gamay ra kaau idea about saving or investing the right way kay since then, ang tawo man gud, spending ra gyud nahibaw-an sukad pagkabata hangtod nalang pagka tiguwang. And it all boils down sa kung unsa iya na-andan.

In my own opinion, aron mabuak ang kani nga barrier, one has to change his mindset ra gyud. And wala gyuy laing makatabang niya kundi ang iya ra gyud kaugalingon. And as what I have said, financial literacy alone is not enough.
