morag wala pa gi update sa PLDT ang speed, same with globe. but globe already updated thier plan 995 the rest wala pa.

latency for where? If it's just a local latency check, by that i mean just PLDT's network, you can ping pldtplay.com.
as for other servers, it's kinda hard, but easiest bet would be to install a game and check your ping with different servers throught the world.this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you
