This policy exist anywhere, but much consistent sa ibang country kay once ang area naa jud policy bawal mokuha ug pictures even P&S or cellphone pana xia bawal jud!
This can help, but not all applicable sa atoa http://www.krages.com/ThePhotographersRight.pdf

Just a guess ra ning akoa ha.
Share na lang pod ni nko nga experience when I was away from the country a few months ago. Didto ni nahitabo sa isa ka mall sa tates. My fellow pinoy friend just bought his Nikon D3000 so expected sa newbie who wants to test his new toy so nag-trigger happy, boto-boto ang pop-up flash sa sulod sa mall then sudden a security personnel with his electric uni-scooter appeared before him.
Security: Sir taking pictures inside this facility is prohibited unless you have a permit to do so.
Friend: (Froze for a couple of seconds) Aa, eeeee, uhmmmmm, no permit only take pictures of beautiful stores where I bought my pasalubong to my family at home in the philippines, very big stores, yah yah.... (bugha ang singot)
Security: (Confused of what my friend just said) I may require you to have those photos deleted
Friend: (Looks at me a few meters away, I was buying lottery scratch-off cards)
Me: (I gave my friend a thumbs up, asking if his ok)
Friend: (Went to me asking for some help on how to delete pictures in his new camera)
Me: (Pushed some buttons on the camera then showed to the security personnel, and asked if my friend is good to go)
Security: Politely reminds us again that it's prohibited to take pictures inside....
That incident reminds me of the difference sa mga security guard dri sa atoa in handling such scenarios, hambugero man gud kaayo ug dating ang mga guardia dri tsk tsk tsk
