About your question..I don't like bands whether local or international. I don't listen to their music so I have no idea who are those people. Anyway, I grew up listening to the New Kids On The Block, they're more of a boy band than a band playing with instruments. I do love this group so I can share that I like Joey McIntyre a lot.
OT: I always find it offensive and disrespectful when people refer to women as "Chix" or "Chicks" whatever, even it was meant for a compliment.

i'll just explain why i/we (if there are..) use the word 'chix/chick'..
i got it from the word it's rock'chick' (i.e. basschick also, see the pic above '..hottest chick in metal', dba?)
it's not the usual 'chix' that you hear from tambays sa kanto2 making fun of girls..
i hope i made it clear..
