If you already have scorers, Rondo is better because he has a better court vision and is a better passer......But if you have average role players you want, D. Rose can carry a team better.....

i will take d-will... coz he is the type of leader of the team that won't easily give up. mao bitaw kontra ang jazz against the heat, magic, atlanta, they were coming from behind but they never give up and they won those games... kay kung wala pa si d will sa jazz, dili na mahitabo...

Are Chris Paul and Deron Williams can still be considered as "rising point guard?" Well they're still young, but their currently the PG that Wall, Rose, Westbrooke, etc are trying to emulate.

Not reading tarong ha..hhahahahah the question is only for "RISING POINT GUARDS" I don't think Nash fits the description. Nash is one of the greatest PG, of course.

di lang ko mo vote but i will say,sa pagka karon si Deron Williams pero padung na muapas niya si D-Rose then next is Westbrook then Rondo.

imo,wala lang jud shooting si Rondo.ni taas iyang assist kay consistent si Allen,Pierce ug Garnett and the rest of the Celtics.ibutang na si Rondo sa Bulls or sa Thunder preha ba siya mo click sa Celtics.....maayo siya cos role player man siya,but if talent jud sukdon si Derek Rose jud ang pinaka maayo.
