for all "Ling Zhi Chuang Yao Wan" a.k.a "the red capsule" users,

1.5 years ago, i started to use this "wonder supplement" so they say, for 8 consecutive months. in just a week, i felt the the ff side effects:

1. numbing of hands, legs and feet
2. backache
3. bloated stomach
4. extreme craving for food


....after 2 weeks
1. pimples in my back and chest and red patches in my face
2. joints pain
3. bee-hive shapes start to appear in my arms


after 2 months:
1. heart palpitations
2. difficulty breathing
3. faster exhaustion from any simple activities


i am just concerned about the side effects of this drug. based on my research on the internet it contains steroids and other components not approved by bfad.

i did gain about 25 pounds in the process. I stopped taking it because my palpitations and difficulty in breathing start to get worse. soon after i stopped taking it, i lost all the pounds i gained...and im back to my original figure after 6 months of not taking it.

i read a lot of comments from people who took it and experienced varied side effects. this is just a warning to those who are taking lingzhi, if you feel uncomfortable about it's effects or if you can't stand it, then stop...

for those who plan to use lingzhi, I advise you not...you will gain fat..but it will not last...with it's adverse effects in the body, even if you think it is not that disconcerting at all, the worst will take it's toll sooner or later

before taking any supplements/drugs, please do an extensive research...and consult your doctor

I'm taking it right now. Nagpalit jud kog iska box sa Worldwide pharmacy ba na sa magallanes. Iya Effect sa akoa kay cge ra ko katulog, nya gana sad kaon, pero not really extreme craving for food. It's only my first week so i dont have much to say pa, well C in the coming days. Hehe.

nkagamit ko ani pag.una.. pero karon wala na kaayo kay mas mouna ug daku ang tiyan. hehe....

pero la man ko nagkapimples hinuon. depende ra cguro n sa mga tawo.. pirme man sda ko manglimpyo sa akong nawng.

and also, wala man ko nigamay ug balik pag.undang nku ug gamit... mura gni ug nidaku ko (pirme man sad gud ang kaon. hahaha)

naka try ko ani, 4 weeks or 3weeks ba to mi dako2 nuon ko, hehehe ang side effect sa ako.a kay duka mao rmn, ambot lang sa uban dre... pag undang nako mao jpon ang routine kaon kung gutmon wahahhaha
