kay ang lower court man ang magkuha sa mga material facts from facts presented to it... inig abot sa sc wala weighing of facts kay did2 mana sa level lower court...

if the webbs think that the lower court judge will base her decision other than the facts presented kay ila tan-aw naa daan bias then they could have asked for the inhibition of the judge....

kung naa balaod na wala gitake in considearation ang SC... kay kung ingon ana na pwede ang SC mag weigh ug facts daghan tingali dapat ma over turn... daghan man case nag sway sila ask sa SC na i-review ang facts na has-hasan balik pro soge lng ana asng sc na "SC is not a trier of facts but only question of law." although there are exceptions like when its vested with public interest or parehas ka ni ninoy...
