    Default need tips: mka decrease og muscle mass ang jogging ( cardio)


    need ur tips mga gym experts dha...

    nag gym ko, ako upper part is okay nah, pro ako blema dako ghapon ako tiyan.. nahan ko mag jogging or mag bike para cardio, ana man ako migo mka gamay daw na muscle is dat true? mka yat2x daw dughan.

    ang mka gamay ug muscle is when your body will get into a catabolic state....

    di man bro...do this jog ka upon waken up in the morning b4 breakfast and cut ur carbo para pagamay tiyan...kung di ka kamata sayo or di nmo kaya pagbuntag..pwede ka after workout magjog..pwede nmo ilisan ang rice ug oatmeal para pagamay tiyan pud hehe
