at least ang court maoy ni decide...
louy sd baya ng innocent ka unya ni suffer ka as prisuhan for 15 years. hahaiz...
since korte may mag decide, mag agad gyud ta sa decision sa SC nga nagsalig pud sa gi present nga evidences sa ilaha.
timing lang gyud kay kusog ang ebidensya nilang Hubert Webb nga inosente siya, meanwhile kang Vizconde hinay ilahang ebidensya nga guilty silang Webb. labaw pa atong inconsistencies sa ilang witness who is, right now, hiding. lol
luoy lang kaayo ang both parties kay parehong nag suffer. we will never know if Hubert was indeed innocent or guilty kay wa man ta sa panghitabo. but bottom line ang labanan sa hustisya kay kung kinsa ang nay pinakalig-on og barugan og ebidensya. even so, gibayran nlng ni Webb og sa iyang mga kauban sa prisohan ang punishment sa "tinuod nga nipatay". tsk tsk
pakyas pud sa nag investigate sa krimen. naglisod og trace ang pulisya. unsaon pa pagsusi sa usa ka panghitabo og pag gukod sa mga kriminal nga 15 years na ang nilabay? back then they didn't have the technology and/or skills and equipment to investigate the case. pero unta matagaan gihapon og hustisya si mr. vizconde kay back to zero nasad iyang hope for justice. tsk tsk

MANILA, Philippines—Jessica Alfaro is gone.
The star witness in the Vizconde massacre case may have fled the area where she works abroad upon learning that the Supreme Court reversed a lower court’s conviction of Hubert Webb and six others, a male relative of Lauro Vizconde said Tuesday night.
“The last time I talked to her was Monday night. She sounded jubilant because we were confident that with all the testimonies, the Supreme Court would support the guilty verdict,” said the relative, who refused to be identified for security concerns.
“We agreed to call each other again between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. (yesterday) once the decision is issued, but she did not call,” he added.
Instead, the relative received an e-mail from Alfaro’s neighbor. It said: “Jessica is gone.”
Lauro Vizconde, whose wife Estrellita and daughters, Carmela and Jennifer, were killed in 1991, had earlier told the Inquirer that Alfaro “works in another country and continuously changes addresses” to avoid detection.
She has been placed in the government’s witness protection program after undergoing a grueling two months of intensive direct and cross-examination during her testimony in the sala of then Parañaque judge Amelita Tolentino.
Now a justice of the Court of Appeals, Tolentino meted out life sentences to Webb and his co-accused for inflicting multiple stab wounds that led to the deaths of Estrellita and her daughters on June 30, 1991.
The court also established that Carmela was raped.
ang decission sa supreme court kai based on facts nga gi present sa both parties dili ang personal feelings sa masa![]()
^^mao jd. so better nga dli na lng i-televised ang mga ing ana noh?
