Justice delayed can happen anywhere in the world.... Don't think so poorly of your country... you'll be shocked at how worst other cases in other parts of the world can be...even in US.... anyway, that passport document Hubert have is a strong indication he may be innocent... If you try to look at it clearly, the prosecution had Alfaro's affidavit as the primary basis of convicting Hubert... and Alfaro has a questionable character.... It is sad for Mr. Vizconde but it should not be any better convicting an innocent man, right? The culprits may never be brought to justice as the investigation of the case is faulty and simply looking for a scapegoat to appease the people....

We'll its a Shame to the Juries and our Justice System and Maybe to the Future Attorney Diskohido's. Sa mga Bag-ong Abagago's and Lawmakers, I hope inyo ma transform ang Justice system sa Pilipinas. It's the natural Order after All, The Blame Game.

The US justice system isn't perfect, but at least their Supreme Court doesn't take 15 years to decide on a case. They also at least know what plagiarism is and that unintentional plagiarism is not an excuse =)

And like I said, even if we were to say the Supreme Court decision is correct, it is still pretty damning to our horrible justice system. As I said in another thread, it's hard to find a word to describe a justice system that leaves a case open for 15 years, letting an innocent man languish in jail in the meantime. As I said in another thread, the closest word I could come up with is 'dogshit'.

Justice is not there to sympathize... mao bitaw naa blindfold ug timbangan atong Justice...
kanyahay ra daghan skwater ug manlilimos ug mga illegal vendors and all illegal activity sa mga poor kuno kay cge lang ta ani sympathize...

sala gyud ni sa mga cgeg himo ug krimin nganong dugay atong mga court maghuman...
