wow... i love how most of you here talk like you know so much about this case.

get a grip of yourselves. you are NOT the Supreme Court. you don't know who the true killers are... and you sure are not certain if Webb is really guilty BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. don't even bring up the issue of MONEY UNDER THE TABLE.

do most of you know how many INNOCENT people are rotting in prison right at this moment? we're not talking hundreds here... if u knw what i mean.

Mao pud ni akong masulti about ani nga issue, i'll jump to the bandwagon na lang kay total mao man ni ang nag una nga issue karon ug sure ko nga headline ni ugma sa tanan newspapers nationwide. Hehehe..

Justice is not about sympathy man gud, it's about weighing evidences baya. ibutang ta lang nga luoy si Mr. Vzconde, Ok luoy siya naa nko diha, pero bisan unsaon ug tan-aw kay mas lig-on man gud ug evidence ang defense panel so dapat lang jud i-acquit ang mga suspect kay unfair man pud sa ilang side nga mas lig-on ug mas katuohan ilang mga ebidensya nya i-incarcerate gihapon sila.

I'm not saying that Hubert and all his co-accused are innocent, all I say is that lig-on jud ilang ebidensya compared sa mga ebidensya sa prosecution so dapat lang jud sila ma acquit kung legalities lang jud ang ipatuman. Just my two cents!

for me im not really talking about guilty or not we are talking about the legality of how they came up to that decision... will thats what i think...
the defense presented a strong alibi...
while the prosecution is like blowing a house made of stone...

kita bitaw kung mapasinginlan mangayo man dayun ug kamatuoran...

regardless if hubert and company were really the killers, this was not proven enough. or let's say the evidences presented are not strong enough to convict all of them. i have been reading a lot about this case and been weighing those things, its clearly a mishandled case for me.

sayang. so it ended up webb being acquitted.

i just feel pity for mr vizconde. he need to start all over again?

kung tinuod jud inosente si Webb, damage has been done... he has served a slice of his life in prison long enough... plus ang reputation pa jud niya (and his family) pwerte ng gubaa...

forensic science <-- this would've made a HUGE difference... hatagan unta nig pagtagad & budget
