Para nako lang and I do hope people will not take it against me, it's always better to use the our mind and not our hearts and not let our emotions get in the way, Luoy lagi si Sir Lauro pero saon ta man nga mas lig-on man jud ug evidence ang defense panel so wla siya'y mahimo ana. For me, wla koy side nga gidapigan ani nga issue, it's just that based on the evidences that were being shown by both sides ra jud nag based ang akong opinion. Peace to all! I think it's obvious that I'm pretty pissed off at our Supreme Court. But really, let's take a look at the facts shall we. Let's take a look at this case.

Even if it were the correct decision and Hubert Webb and the co-accused were really innocent, then I could still safely say that our Supreme Court and justice system are complete garbage. I can still claim that they are a kangaroo court of incompetents. And why would I be able to say this? Because if Hubert Webb really is innocent, then they have done him a grave injustice by taking 15 fukin years to render a decision on the case. I'm not sure what kind of word would amply describe the utter horribleness of a justice system that would allow a case to drag on for that long. The word dogshit comes pretty close.

Daghan man gud mga kaso nga gireview ang SC bro maong molungtad ug ing-ana ka dugay before nila ma desisyonan ang usa ka case, kay first come first serve basis man daw na ilaha then dili baya ing-ana kadali pag review ug usa ka case, kinahanglan ukayon pa pagbalik ang tanan ebidensya. Mao na siya bro.

^ Nag discuss ra man mi. My real beef is with the godawful justice system in this country. Whatever excuse the Supreme Court has, it can't justify letting cases drag on for this long. Tinood bitaw nga Christmas na, hopefully the Justices will examine their hearts and try to see if they will end up in hell for allowing our justice system to be run into the ground. After all, the Bible says, God hates people who perpetuate injustice.
