why doesn't the government build public toilets instead? How are the taxes that business establishments are paying being used? This can be seen as a security threat. Restaurant palang daan ma target sa mga kawatan kay "mangihi" raman daw sila when in fact mang hold up na d.i to.

I find this very ridiculous. Put up public toilets rather than opening up the CRs of private institutions for public use.

So why do I find this so ridiculous?

    1.) Safety purposes.

2.) Tourism. Imagine people flocking to hotels just to p!$$. Not to discriminate anyone but imagine na lang nga ang isa nga tao gikan sa merkado, nanimaho ug singot ug isda dayun adto magCR sa Waterfront.

3.) Government incompetence. I believe that this Arcilla knows that putting up public toilets is the better alternative but he wants the easy way out. Other than that, well, at least he'll win the sympathy of the people. Election gihapon na iyang gihuna huna.
