Use sugar when rubbing that... ok this is what i do


ponds facial scrub or soap and white sugar...

una lather a small amount of ponds facial scrub sa imo face then taplak sa nawong na wet.. massage cya hangton ka create ka ug foam... hehehe (tsk tsk tsk...) or ang soap ba kaha imo gamiton...whatever you like basta di lang detergent hehehhe... then i-apply ang sugar sa imo face... so use that sugar as a scrub as much as possible kuskusa maayo to spots na naa white/black head labi na na nose ay... sa imo cheeks ang pag rub nimo circular ang motion ha... tapos after that if di pa mawala try again na sab... p
tapos pra ma relax imo face...

try this

egg yolk and brown sugar mask...

mix egg yolk and brown sugar... after that i-apply sa imo face... then let it dry... (feels good)

then after that wash ur face, then use that soap and sugar scrub na pod...

..the best thing to do is to get a regular acne surgery (aka facial) with a nearby dermatologist... this will clean the face from unwanted whiteheads, blackheads, milia, so on and so forth... furthermore, you may try retinol based product like KJ Night Repair Cream {my supplier: 09178563750} and their pore minimizer... clean your face regularly as this will help lessen blackheads... though this is taboo, do get a hold of iwhite nose pack..

get a good facial (i get mine at skinworks mango) then clean ur face daily. wash, tone, moisturize, and put on sunblock And refrain from touching ur face with ur bare hands.. use tissue or make sure ur hands are clean before u touch ur face.
