I got mine brand new a year ago from EMCOR mandaue.

I'm also selling mine for 70k... my officemate is also selling his for 75k with free gears just in case you decide to get a 2nd hand one. You can search for his thread and mine in the buy and sell section.

as per my post on Motorcycle Philippines

    Pros:

Good gas mileage for a 200cc (got a 1 liter is to 60+kms on my last out of town trip)
    Good torque for a 200cc
Good braking power even with a single disc + rear drum combo
Gearing is good for city and provincial highways
Big enough to be noticeable but nimble enough to maneuver in tight traffic spaces
    Good suspension and shock absorption
    Silent stock pipe

    Cons:

Low top speed (just 130+km/h barely enough to overtake in some highways)
    Limited turn radius
    Hard to get into neutral
Oil leak problems with the engine
Have to open the engine to get to the oil filter and strainer
    Noisy engine on idle
Wrists tend to hurt when travelling at low speeds for long periods
    Annoying self canceling turn signals
Stock tires tend to slip every so often, but you'll get used to it :P
