I don't get this! If there's a separation of powers of executive and judicial, why the heck would a president can appoint justices!
mao nay nahitabo sa SC run! bayad utang na sila!!

  2. #112
the terms of the SC justices should be co-terminus with that of the appointing president para walay duda.

Because it is mandated by the CONSTITUTION that the President can appoint justices of the SC. There is no such thing as total separation. They will OVERLAP sometimes... (read CHECKS AND BALANCES)

its GMA constitutional mandate to appoint the CJ from the JBC list. remember that the supreme court is the sole judge on all contest regarding election return and qualification of the running candidates. pwede ba mag-una mag-ingkod ang presidente sunod ang CJ mao ngano ang tradition is to take oath sa CJ. gusto man gyud ni penoy in a unconstitutional ways... na siya ang mag appoint hehe and mag swear oath sa baranggay tanod (like they had power to take oath ). dont wonder kung ngano 0 law pass si penoy, he doesnt know the constitution karon EO1 going against the constitution na pud. hay naku ...

I will praise Noynoy to the top of my lungs if makuha niya balik ang millions or billions nakawat ni GMA down to the last peso. Let's move on, surely I won't be satisfied if GMA is behind bars, getting the money back is the best option, but it's impossible. The opposition should have done better to put her in jail while she was in term, like Erap's, but did anything change when Erap was in jail, nhunong ba ang Jueteng? Nhunong ba ang corruption?

The opposition failed to do it because GMA is just too good.

In short, dumot ra jud na ang ka Noynoy, it's child's play. GMA stole Pnoy's lollipop and puts it in her mouth, then Pnoy still wants it back? LOL. He should buy a new lollipop. Who in their proper minds would dwell in the past. If he can't take the money back from GMA, then he should just make money for the country.

Gbulag bulagan ra sd ka ni Pnoy, he's saying he can do better than GMA. But where is his track record? Track record separates you from a newbie and an expert. N.2o ka niya when he said he will stop corruption? Stopping corruption with his current cabinet? They can't even pass an EO that follows the constitution.

Kami dugay ra mi nmata na si Pnoy is incompetent in running the govt, ever since he said he will run for presidency. Iyaha mga kontra nndt kaau og track record, even Jamby has a better track record than him. Everyone knows why he won, because he is Cory's son, no other reason, but what can a son of Cory do? Stop corruption? That's all? How about strengthening the economy? It takes more than stopping corruption to make a better Philippines. In reality, no one can stop corruption, US and UK even failed to totally eradicate corruption.

hhhhmmmmm...I know where I stand and I guess I know where you also stand. Last post for this thread, I've said everything I want to say and no need to add more. I've posted enough and I believe I already expressed myself. That is enough, no need for additional post. For what? Its like it will end...Have to wait for new threads.

Thanks franzeno for your post, I've read it.

that's why GMA appointed Corona as head in judiciary for the purpose of the future happening she knows all opposition during her time will go after her and she knows she already did more extra curricular activities during her presidency....many issues.
