Actually ang buhaton sa truth commission is recommendation lang. Ipasa gihapon ni ngadto sa ombudsman. another obstacle there with Merciditas.

For me, the truth commission must be an independent body, that will always investigate after every administration. not just arroyo but every administration thereafter.

I think we need to be serious with our views on this. In fairness, the commission is intended to dig the truth. That's not bad for the people. It is for the benefit of the people. It is for the benefit of us all.

Dili na lang nato na tan-awon as revenge ngadto sa previous administration. Tan-awon lang nato ang intention ani. Makadaot ba ni para nato or makaayo ni nato, practical view lang gud. ngano sawayon man nato ni, tinarong man kaha ni. pwede ra man sad dili truth commission itawag ani. as long as atong susihon ang anomaliya nga nahitabo.

When GMA then was after Joseph Estrada, they called it constitutional. GMA was behind it, sorrounded with very good lawyers to do legal roller coaster. Now, when it was GMAs turn to be investigated, its unconstitutional. Why? because PNoy dont have lawyers with the same caliber as GMAs. pildi siya sa technicality.

PNoy should reconsider his cabinets. I think he should ditch Ochoa. GMA is good at legal games. And she will continue to hide thru his lawyers and behind our worst set of Supreme Court Justices.

What I can't understand is for people to just acquit Gloria just because they hate PNoy. Lousy. Just plain lousy. Worst than how they picture PNoy to be. Atleast, PNoy has in his heart the truest intention, although maybe not backed by good judgment all the time, but haters remains haters. Not even sure if they made any accomplishment at all, aside from putting down a person or people.

IMO, corruption is not really the biggest problem in every country..ALL countries in the world are corrupt but of different degrees, but how did those countries manage to get rich even with corrupt leaders?

We need someone with a brain like GMA and a heart like PNoy (but minus his insecurity).

despite how noble the cause if the means does not coincide with the constitution then it should not be allowed. any reasonable person can understand that

seriously whats the used of TC ? to put GMA on a hotseat ? what will stop her from exercising her rights to remain silent? naa bay evidences i doubt GMA will self incriminate herself
