    Dili man daw na ok mag gym ka during the days you have your period.. Kai before, i used to go to the gym then naa nako, it triggered hormonal imbalance sa ako.. Nag cge gud ko menstruate ato everyday for almost 2months.. So my OB advised me to stop lang sa..

    But if anad na jud imu body, and you go to the gym always for how many years na, then you can..

    Kung pwede, i-miss nalang sa nimu ang pag gym if you have your period, 5-7 days wouldn't hurt btaw, rather than ma unsa pa imu health..

    If mag Gym ka then naa imo mens, depende sa exercise nga imong e perform, depende pod sa court nga imong duwaan...

    Bitaws, advice lang, kadyot raman na inyong period, 5 to 7 days raman na... I think whatever activity that you want to do, if hindrance buhaton while naapa ang mens, what if mag wait nalang until its over? Tutal, 28 to 30 cycle pa bitaw before napod mag red tide...

    I suggest, walk2x or stroll lang siguro if dili jud madala.
