I have a problem trlated problem with affiliate program, pls help

My problem is where to send my commission of the affiliate program am planning to join coz i lost my SSS id, and the Id that i have is a postal ID, if only i have a SSS ID i could open an EON card.

I heard that there is PayPal here in the phillipines. PayPal is one of ways my commission cod be remitted.

Any suggestion guys on what to do? and also a suggestion on commission thing?

I already tested paypal for two years no. It was easy and fast. I can withdraw my funds via bank transfer. I can recommend this if you want.
