PLease PLease DO NOT use aciete in trating "kagid "in dogs it is NOT effective in fact it is usually more harmful than helpfull.First It makes the dog REEEAAALLY dirty, but that is the least of your problems... motor oil burns the dogs skin in the same way as gasoline or kerosene does ... its petroleum based so the animals skin cannot take proplonged exposure to it. and if the animal has open wound(s) the effect is worsened.... not to mentio n what happens when the dog starts licking and grooming itself, the dog can become poisoned and problems ith the liver and kidneys can develop....

when you put motor oil on your dog you are effectively shortening its life!!
please talk to your veterinarian as am sure they willbe more than glad to answer any questions you may have BEFORE trying to treat on your own
Also there are herbal alternatives for the treatment of mites to motor oil which are safe for both you and your dog.... please consult your vet before treating any sickness your dog might have.
