Mechanics

1. Discounted i-Café rates are at P2,299 for Windows 7 Professional* and P999 for Office 2010 Professional Plus*.

2. The discounted rates are available only for group purchases involving two (2) or more i-Cafés made on November 15, 2010 to February 18, 2011.

3. A minimum combined purchase of fifty (50) Windows 7 Professional* licenses is required for the purchasing group to avail of the discounted rates.

4. The minimum required purchase for an individual participating i-Café is five (5) licenses**, subject to the above minimum combined purchase.

5. The validation of group purchases for eligibility to the discounted i-Café rates will be performed and determined by authorized Microsoft distributors or resellers.

6. Windows 7 Professional* may not be re-ordered.

7. i-Café's not purchasing as a group can avail of the regular pricing at P3,299 for Windows 7 Professional* and P1,999 for Office 2010 Professional Plus*.

8. Microsoft reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promo at any time.

9. Microsoft's decision is final

An Internet café who wants to be part of the i-Café program should first check with its authorized reseller if it is included in the Eligibility List. If the Internet café is not included, it should submit the following documents to its authorized reseller:
1. Interior and exterior pictures of the Internet café
2. SEC registration or DTI permit
3. Mayor's permit or Barangay clearance

After the required documents have been submitted for processing, the authorized reseller will notify the applicant if it is eligible and furnish it with the full details on how to avail of the program. To download the detailed ordering process for the i-Café program
