Let’s approach this scientifically. In order to lose any weight you must burn more calories than you take in. (Eat less, move more.) Let’s say your minimum daily requirement is 2000 calories (every individual’s daily calorie requirement is different depending on their initial weight and the level of activity they deal with on a daily basis). you must make a deficit by diet or exercise. Experts say a good number to start with is 500 calories per day. You can burn this by exercising enough to burn 500 or you can just eat 500 calories
less of food than you usually do (our body will use stored fat for the 500 calories of food that you didn’t eat). Most people burn it off through a combination of the two – eat 250 calories less and burn 250 calories exercising = 500 calorie deficit created.
Take note; 3,500 calories = 1 pound of fat. So if you want to lose 1 pound per week you should aim to burn 3,500 calories per week.
How to count calories when exercising? There are counters on treadmills and bikes at the gym. Or you can get one of those devices you can stick in your shoe that counts number of miles run and calories burned.
How to find out how many calories are in all the food you eat? There are calorie counters online. (1 cup of rice = x calories)
Here’s where the s*x comes in – just factor into the equation how many calories you’re burning while doing the deed– example : 250 calories burned humping and pumping.
How to know how many calories you’re burning? Again, the internet holds the answer. Behold, the Calories Burned During S*x Site:
www.c4vct.com/kym/humor/csex.htm . Values are affected by such variables as location, partner size, position, and s*x related noises, etc.
Now, empirical evidence has yet to substantiate the theoretical values posted on the site. Reliability is dubious at best since I didn't see the seal of some research facility on the site. Maybe you could do your own research. Maybe win the Nobel prize.
In a nutshell:
Goal Caloric Deficit = Calories burned exercising or s*x + calories burned by decreasing caloric intake and using stored fat
Just insert all appropriate values and you do the math! If you can burn 3500 calories through s*x alone in one week, that’s one whole pound of fat lost. Good for you!
So the answer is,
yes, you can lose weight by doing the four-legged frolic. (Although you might need to see a doctor afterwards for the chafing and irritation in your um… parts.)
*If you’re wondering why I know so much about losing weight and stuff, it’s cuz I managed to lose 20 pounds in a span of 4 months. I went from 142 to 122.
**Sadly, none of those pounds were shed by doing the naughty2x.
***I hope I cleared things up for ya!
