    Default Need Expert Advice please...

hello everyone, just want to solicit ideas from you...

naa koy prob bout sa akong rig, recently naguba akong psu nga bundled sa case nako, dli naman siya mo boot so i decided to buy a new one which is powerlogic 700 watts (as claimed by the manufacturer) nya nagtuo ko nga masolve na akong problema..but to no avail... dli na modisplay akong video card nga ati 4670, so nagtroubleshoot nasad ko, and i ended concluding nga basin guba akong pcie slot, since bag.o paman akong gpu, nya bago sad akong psu... so ang nahitabo, mipalit nalang ko ug new motherboard am3 na siya, new ram, ug new cpu, para pang future proof na unta.. ako pa jud to gipagtestingan ang pcie slot para sure jud sa pc express techinician, den migana raman pud, mao to uli nko, pag.assemble na nako sa balay, nasurprise ko kay no signal japon ang akong monitor connected from the dedicated gpu (ati 4670) pero ok ra siya if onboard..as in stable kayo siya... mao tong nakathink ko nga basin di jud kadaog akong Powersupply nga bag.o....any ideas guys....

old rig: athlon 64 x2 4800+, asrock n68pv-gs, 160 gig hdd, lg dvdrw, 1 gig ddr2 ram, ug generic nga powersupply

new rig: athlon 2 x2 250, gigabyte ma47gmt-s2, 2 gb kingston ram and the rest is just the same...

    patabang unta ko ninyo....salamat...

sir... ive already done that... ive set the pcie as the primary graphics adapter, however everytime i plug my vga cable to my dedicated card, no signal will display it my monitor, but still it will boot until it logs on to the windows environment cause i can hear the sound of windows logging in...

my question is that is there a possibility that if your psu cant power up your pcie card (in my case, ati 4670) the result will the absence of signal coming from the vga port of the video card.. ??
