usually compatibility issues, if you are upgrading from ddr333 to ddr400 for performance sake well you will not get the ddr400 speed but the ddr333's. if sync between these 2 ddr don't match usually causes system failure(possible problem: blue screen appears, beep code might be heard, pc won't boot up, occasional system restarts esp during gaming or running application with high volatile memory usage, etc)..

unsa inyo issues kung mugamit mo ug DDR333 along with DDR400 sa usa ka computer?
aw...ok ra na cio just more differ explaination both

(PC2700)DDR333 >it is DDR1 family with a speed of 166MHz since its dual multiplied by 2 mao ng with approx. speed of 333MHZ and a module bandwith of 2.7 GB/s (PC2700)

    (PC3200)DDR400 >same DDR1 family sila with a speed of 200MHz x 2 then you'll get a total speed of 400MHz and a module bandwith of 3.2 GB/s (PC3200)

then if imo na silang pareson together in your system then let assume that your microporocessor FSB and Mobo support both module: let say: 512 MB of DDR333 and 512 MB DDR 400 you will get a RAM capacity of 1GB (much better) BUT your RAM speed would be the speed of DDR333 which is 333MHz because the older version will grab down the higher one. So for better system performance, kinahanglan the same memory module sa imong slots...okies ...that's what i believe.,

    mu-add jud to 1gb?
ah pwede ra diay.. pero unsay effect, muhinay or mupaspas?

dili ba kaha maglibug ang pythonscripts nga mugrab sa hardware info labaw na ang memory.

hehe hello bro, speed and latency, make sure ur mobo chipset (memory cntrller) wud support ddr400, if it is ddr333 (max speed support), ur ddr400 mem will jaz downclock to ddr333 so no performance gain at all. hehe.

ok ra na tinyXP ui pero design jud na for system recovery and maintenance,.hehehe dalha tong CD nako inag ka sunday ha ky gamiton nako,.wala naman diay koy laing SP3 dri,.hehehe

bro, if naka separate ng imong recovery drive sa imong laptop,.no need to copy that in future installation. Mao ganing giseparate na siya aron dli maapil sa system files,.hehehe what i mean is if mga laptop nga nay mga recovery drive pasabot nga naay shortcut key ana to press to flashback it to factory default,.example sa kanang mga HP/Compaq u shud press F11 to restore factory setting as it reboot,.try lang search sa brand sa imong lappy then instructions for recovery,.hehehehe suggestion lang na,.weeeeeeeeee Goodluck
