once rako ka timing og delay sa cebu pacific so far sa mga pagsakay nako. so far so good and on time or early sa ilang flights but layo ra gihapon sila sa PAL in terms of comfort and service hehe.
I prefer bad service to bad plane maintenance. =P Exaggerated ra kaayo ang OP.. if the plane experienced a near crash I would call that a nightmare. Bad customer service is just a minor thing.

When I came home from Puerto Galera, my flight was delayed for 30 mins while the lady next to me with her foreign fiancee said their flight was delayed for 6 hours. fIRST they were told it would be delayed for 30 minutes and after an hour, was informed of another delay until they were delayed for 6 hours. She's been on her phone for hours because their engagement party is scheduled that night and she can't cancel the booking in the hotel where it would be held.
Another incident was when I went to Manila for my boyfriend's graduation. I didn't have any problems on my way to Manila but on my way back home, I got pissed off by the way they are running things.
My flight was at 7pm and so I went their as early as 5pm. I stood for about 30 minutes but when I was 3rd on the line, they had a system shut down. Our itineraries were collected. I instructed the lady who collected it to collect it in order so the first on the line would end first.
After an hour and a half of waiting, 1/3 of the people were done while I was left their sitting in the weighing scale because they didn't even bother to provide us with seats. I asked a lady in uniform but she can't answer me where my form is. I asked several ladies but no one can give an answer. I got really pissed off. I deal with things the civilized way but it was ineffective. And so I had no choice but to scold them. I was slightly hestirical asking for their manager because they have caused too much inconvenience. I was told their manager was unavailable. I threatened them that I will bring this matter to the media. By that time, a woman appeared carrying my form. She was apologetic but I was too pissed to care. I was already in the terminal when I thought of charging them for the inconvenience they have caused. The next time the same situation would haapen to me, I swear I will have them pay for my ticket and for any other cost relevant to the inconvenience they have caused.
