    ganahan ko mu sulay anang iyang ge ingon nga apple diet.. naka dungog napd ko aning TUNA diet.. 3 day tuna diet..lami xa..pero disiplina lang jud..hahahah.. ako kay ga lisud pa..

    1cup rice afternoon less meat more on fish and veggies, 1/2 cup or pwedi rasad 1cup ayaw lang ahata fish and veggies, snacks biscuit skyflakes 1 or 2 ok nana...inig kaon nimo think that your eating a bountiful and delicious meal and kadaghana ug swallow
