I cant think of any other bands that are more innovative and influencial than these 4....
I hate todays generation of pop stars , that stupid bling bling gangsta wannabes.... nindot unta kung mobalik ang mga styles like the british invasion did, they were called pop stars in their era..
plus depeche mode is british hehehehe
I dont like the spice girls but
consider the spice girls also as one of the british invasion, the first time i saw them, I thought crap, but I dont know what went wrong but they became huge for some reason......

Currently crowned as the British Soul Singer, nominated 3 grammy's on her 2nd album..sings barefoot on stage...so much for that...
dont get me wrong, i listen from george benson to john mclaughlin, robert johnson to eric johnson, cream to DMB, jimi ray vaughan to stevie hendrix...

im not a big fan on a lot of new artists (or performers) today especially on the pop culture..but trust me on this one, her voice is just so naturally soulful, the improvisation,
passion is just unconcievable..her mind,body and soul album is the 2nd album that i could stand listening over and over (and take note her music is pop!)..my 1st would be nirvana nevermind..she just captured my totality with her voice..
what really amazed me was she sings like a 40 yr old fully grown woman.. that big, husky, throaty and dynamic voice and yet she just currently turned 20.
