read boring books. and i'm taking essentials too.
Maybe you need to reorganize your stuff also. Clean your room. Make your bed nice and comfortable also. An organized life makes your mind clear. Also for feng shui, don't put things under your bed 'coz they believe it won't give you a deep sleep.
Try to go to bed the same time each night. Exercise also.

if naa ka allergies, drink dayon anti-histamine before going to bed. sleep lagi ka.
for me kay relax nalang imong mind...and dont think of anything else...maka sleep lage kah...
inom og beer mga lima ka baso ^_^
don't take much oily foods b4 taking to sleep ^_^
