    Default Wild Rice Franchise

Hi Istoryans and Guests, Im Jongchiu, Owner of Wild rice food express.. We have a good news to announce...

We are now open for franchising..

it would only cost you 100K to 130k, hands free...
Why hands free? -- The only thing you will do is find your location, do your legal requirements, and everything will be on the fee.

The fee is a full operational package, hastle free guaranteed.

We are located at CDU, north reclamation..
Our market are the upper C to the A-, Wich includes all private schools and universities, Call centers, Malls and many more..

    Lets do the math...

1 Box/unit of wild rice is at P45

-cost is at p20-p28max per box, depends on the flavor.
-Profit is at 20-25 per box, (100%)
    -Franchise cost 130k(Max)

If your just gonna sell atleast 100 boxes/ day == 4,500
    Profit of 2,500

    130,000/2500 = 58

what is 58 58 days, ROI..

In short, ROI for the franchise fee is expetedly to be at 1 and 1/2 moths to a max of 4months..

Then the example of 100 boxes/day is just a fraction in the real operations.
100 boxes We are just setting low expections as you can see.
This still exludes the drinks and extra product for the business.

We can dispose 100 to 500 boxes /units day. guaranteed and tested operations.

Nice question here, Thank you for this..
Alright, what I meant with hands free, is that with your franchise fee, you are ready to operate na with all equipments. and as what I said above, kamu na bahala sa location.

As a busines, kamu ang mangita sa location and mag pay sa rent, find employee's but kami mu train sa inu employees for free before the operation. and with maintenance, we are using a gridle here, and its got a 1 year warranty.

This is just the formula for Price per unit - cost per unit, ofcourse the cost sa labor, rent and other cost will vary, really depends sa price sa imu rental and sa labor

We have opened june 2008 and naka ROI me, August. and our rent at CDU is 10,460 exluding pa na elec then labor cost would run to 10k kay 2 kabuok amu tao.

If you want to check or ask more details, pls do, I ll bee more thatn happy to answer your questions, you can do it here para walay tago also you may contact me anytime 09236207724
