proud to say nga its been more than 2 mos since i smoked.....bsan aqng berks smoker,d japon ko pa.tonto uie.asyd from the fact nga gasto,wla tay makuhang maau anah.mag.sige lag bara aqng tutunlan...eeeeheeeem........

akng husband before i met him grabe kau ka smoker since college days pa nya but then when i told him to stop for the sake of our baby's health,ni quit daun sya until now it;s been 7 years he did't smoke..water therapy lang jud daw..and a li'l sweets..
