I can't help but wonder if NK is just looking for attention. (patagad) The sanctions it's facing from the U.N. and the U.S. must really hurt. Also, seeing that SK has grown leaps and bounds over the years, I also can't help but wonder that nasuaya ang NK sa economic prosperity sa SK.
