aw... for 2 yrs.. ako duty in CVG is always morning.. either 6-7am start time w/ a pay of more than 10k.. so depends ra jud na sa lifestyle how u handle urself in terms of stress, all job cause stress, its how you cope up with it and how u live a healthy life style..

you live a healthy lifestyle because you work during the day... it's different when you are on the evening shift...

stress is manageable when you work during "normal" hours.........

sus tungod sa call center daghan kaayog trabaho nahimo diri sa cebu. gawas sa thousands of jobs sa call center mismo; kabantay mu sa uban mga stores, na 24 hours na kasagaran. meaning, nag hire napud silag more people para mu man sa ila store sa gabie.. or, sa time nga wala na unta cla halin kay gabie na, karun naa na.

^good point there boss hot ice.... pero kung naa pa lang job openings sa non-call center work nga inclined sa course, di pod tingali in-ani kadaghan nag-trabaho sa call center....sadly, wala... so, newly-graduated peeps are forced to work there out of option...
awa ang nursing grads ron, usually, dili dawaton tungod kay igo rang gihimong part time nga work ang call center until they can pass their PRC licensure/board....

hmmmmm well sad to say kit_cebu... im a prof. nurse. but ive worked in mostly diff. call centers, and i landed here in convergys now working for more than 2 yrs. the only call center industry i heard that doesnt accept nursing way back was Eperformax , but now they are hiring again. they dont work bec. they are forced bec. there is no option. call center is the next big thing there is for all of us.. imagine if there was no call center here in the phil. where would end up working? at a mall as a salesmen or a waiter at jollibee? or a manager who earns roughly 10k per month?..

stress? all workloads are stress, stress are not brought about day jobs or night jobs. its the workload u are facing or i guess every job u had is stressful for you.. well again as a point of view for all istoryans, your stress comes to you alone if you dont know how to manage ur lifestyle.. lets say you work at day time and have a very heavy loaded job, exhaust by the heat at day, and rush hours going to work and going off to work and etc.. for a callcenter agent who earns 10k.. thats 10k+ per 15 days (with all the benefits) you can get to sit around, just chit chat around with americans, help them out.. again, when u talk to dem, talk to dem like a friend to avoid u getting frustrated, its a key, every job has its in and out.. again we might have diff. point of view. but been working for 3 + yrs in a callcenter now. yeah i can say u can get stressed if your like a dumb kid who just got its first pay and wants to party all night, it can really be stressful, but when u know how to be responsible, its just a walk in the park..

^but then again, we all have different levels of tolerance for stress and the account you'll be into...
and also, 3years, i guess, you were not looking for another job....so, you didn't see applicants who are nursing grads who get rejected because of that... take for example, kanang ubos Wipro, Sykes.....

anyway, i miss cvg... ex-Con man ko... love the environment... and slade going his way out giving sweets and stuff...
