Also you know what else is the secret in staying young? when you are close to God. Kay ngano? because those people close to God abandon their every problem to God so they are more complacent as if no problem is great enough that they cannot solve because God is there with them so they handle themselves better when it comes to problems that come their way mao na, possible mao sab na ilang secret why they look so peaceful and calm as if walang problema

What else? when you are young-at-heart and thinks young, the rest of your psyche and physique follows
