Is it true that even if the parents got PCCI papers, but they are below 2 years old, I cant give papers to the pups?
Just wondering.

Pwede man but the PCCI only requires that the Dam and Sire should not be below 8 months at the time of mating. So sa imo question pwede au makuhaan ug papers. Cguro u mean ang age na e breed ang parents kay ideally at 2 yrs old gyud ang right age e breed ang dogs

as what elars emphasized, according to pcci rules dam and sire should not be below 8 months old if it is intended to be breed. as to good breeding practices, one should wait at least 1yr and 6mos. before allowing your pooches to have puppies.
