    teach how to use condom/etc = promoting pre-martial s*x ...
i guess that ring a bell? that's their reason.. basin daw ma rampant ang pm and teenagers will take lightly on that...

Think about this for a minute: rapists and murderers are also fully aware of what rhey are doing, and rthey have their own reasons. That doesn't make it right or permissible.

i dont think they are fully aware of what they are doing because they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or they are provoke with anger or with mix emotions.. while as abortion comes into play it is also still a hard decision for people when it comes to this. not like as murder or rape where little consideration is being done.

and oh even if wala ni ani nga bill people are still doing and will continue to get abortion done.

ikaw ug ako lahi ta ug preferences.. ikaw wala cguro ka nag sunod sa morality ana or wala kay religion (citing on pre-marital s*x). now im not against condoms since they actually prevent unwanted pregnancy, but considering pod na ang nag gamit ana is kadto rang mga couples.. if you still insist na needed ni sa mga teenagers i agree with you.. since stubborn lang jud kau ang uban..nga dili sad mo gamit ani or ilang gi abusar ang pag gamit sa condoms. mao lang..

you're missing my point...i just stated there the tendency of using it for the wrong intentions. i'm not trying to be clean but the wrong in that situation is that unwanted pregnancy will lessen but PM will be considered "okay" since what is common in the society will be accepted as okay. you just can't deny there are irresponsible people out there..

i understand you view on promiscuity.. try looking at the media right now.. they are actually sensationalizing s3x.. try looking at new music videos or movies... its heavily s3x-oriented which makes the young people curious about it.. add it with ignorance and you get a disaster waiting to happen..

by educating them about it, they are more likely to make wiser decisions...with proper knowledge, the mystical effects of s3x as portrayed by the media is dispelled..

it is only natural for them to be curious about it.. and its our responsibility as parents or teachers to educate them on what is real and unbiased facts..

i agree with you on that.. they should be on a separate state. but let's face it, people have the tendency to be influenced by the church or the teachings.. at least it's there to guide us on how to proceed on what is right and wrong. we may not share a common belief or principle yes, that's why its up to us on how we take this matter based on our different set of moralities. And im not against on educating the Filipinos regarding the RH bill.
