P6M is a big amount and I'm sure that it's an amount that you can't afford to lose. So my advice would be, instead of jumping immediately in starting a business, invest in yourself first.
1.) Assess yourself first. Unsa man imong mga hilig? Doing something that you love results in sustainability. Your energy will be high despite the challenges. Dili ka dali mawalaan ug gana or kapoyon while doing the business or investing.
2.) Invest in yourself. Read, study, ask people. The more and varied ideas you get, the better.
3.) Don't decide just yet. Pretty sure with that amount, you're excited about investing or starting a business. It is premature excitement and it could work against you. Give it some amount of time to settle down. Sometimes too much excitement could cloud logic.
4.) Go for the best opportunity. By best, I mean things that would appeal your interest, a good ROI, sustainability, and if possible, something that would require lesser effort.
The most important thing in starting a business or investing is being ready so equip yourself first. Let your money rest in a bank or better yet invest it in mutual funds or cooperatives for a while so it won't lose it's value to inflation while you're preparing yourself.
About businesses or investments, with that amount, daghan na kaayo na ug mabuhat.
1.) Rather than acquiring a franchise, why not put up your own patterned from different franchises? A good market is provinces. Daghan na kaayo ka ug kompetensiya sa siyudad so why not go to where the competition is less? Putting up pizza parlors or fast food chains in provinces would seem lucrative.
2.) Real Estate. The development is expanding outwards and in no time, layo2 na gyud ang maabtan sa development. While it's still cheaper, palit na because motaas ra ang presyo ana kung madevelop na. The thing is, you will be dealing with taxes but still it sounds good. Barato imong palit and in the end, you could either sell it in an amount of at least twice or thrice the purchasing amount or lease it.
3.) Convenience store. Depending sa area, this could give a very good return.
4.) Learn how to invest in stocks or for convenience, invest in mutual funds. The stock market could give a very good return.
Don't put the whole amount in just one business or investment. You could reduce the risk that way.
Daghan kaayo ka ug mabuhat with that amount but be sure you have everything covered (learned the venture and everything that needs to be learned) before starting.
wow! dakua ana ui!...nwei, kung mofranchise ka with your money right now pwede ka mkafranchise ani:
1. Botoy's Litson Manok and Liempo-more or less 250k tanan
2. Zagu-300k to 400k
3. Mga Food Cart franchise- 8k makastart nka ana up to 20k or more
in addition ani much better pd time deposit ka sa bank dn tag-500k imong ibutang ayaw butang more than 500k in one account ibuwag-buwag kay simbako modeclare cla bankruptcy PDIC insures 500k man balik r ghapon imong money. if naa pka sobra money invest pd sa mutual funds ug kung kahibaw pd ka stock market much better kay daku ang return sa money ana compared to banks but risky nuon xa.-this is for you and your family's future pra secured mo
6M is a big amount. Just do your homework before ka engage in any business.
