kinsay naka testing ug setup ug winxp? nga dili na mo gamit ug cdroom,cd installer.kanang gitawag nila ug (RIS) Remote Installation System mao man cguro na iya meaning,ang imong istaller imo i burn or image dd2 sa server2000/2003 basta pang server nga OS kai mao rana ako na hibaloan.kung mag install ka ug xp sa lain nga workstation bootdisk na imo gamiton thrun network insted cdroom ug cd installer,but the problem is dili cya mo install kung dili 3com imo lancard,realtek,ang ako pangutana kinsa ang nka testing ani nga pwede modagan sa lain nga lancrd?bcn nay paagi pag configure na mo detect cya sa lain2x nga hardware. nya more info about ani kai kron pa jud ko naka testing ani ug setup.

yep.. all you need is the boot CD or XP Live CD. Boot the remote PC with that CD and voila! the XP installer is shared from some computer, not necessarily a Window$ Server, even win98 will do as long as it is properly SHARED and porperly WIRED (proper lan config). And dont forget to INCLUDE the NIC drivers in that CD before burning..

I've done this many times before under Windows 2000 Server. All you need of course is a either a motherboard that can boot to LAN (most moden mobos can do this) or a PXE complaint network adapter (most new NICs support this).

nindot pod ni da! so far wala man ko requirement nga mag install via network, gamit ra nako unattended windows xp installer. someday magamit ra gyod ni nako ang installation via network, mao nga ako ni i-save inyong mga post.

napa ko pangutana,dili ko ka set ug partition automatic cya sa drive c:\dili ko ka creat ug lain nga drive.kai ig pa boot nko sa startup disk press ka f12 din username and paswd.nya sunod ana next2x nlng.dili nko ka creat ug lain nga partition ug filesystem nya NTFS ra automatic.

mao jud bro, automatic cya na mo partion sa imong usa ka hard disk, only one partition cge lang i'll let u know if i'll discover something new.

@abloyboat: bro na hulog ra gihapon ni cya na unattended kay ang imong e-input kay ang computer name raman og windows cd key.
