If you are a negative thinker then how you'll feel is understandable. But what if the person who's asking this kind of question isn't thinking of how you look and is just interested with you and just wanted to know more about you?

What's being a negative thinker got to do with that? O_O

Every person has a different perception or interpretation of things. What I don't like is how it is asked. It is actually okay to ask but the way it is being asked is another thing. You can ask "Is it ok if I ask how old you are?" or "Would you mind if I ask for your age?". If people can just ask the question in a more polite manner then it wouldn't be so bad...for me.

Proper etiquette has taught me never to ask a woman her age since it would impose insult against her. And I do agree with that principle. I think when you ask a woman her age, you're either implying that you think she's too old for her age or too young. I know it's a harmless question but it just ticks me off. lol

OnT: Women asking this question: "Am I fat?" or "Do I look fat?" if you say "YES" then you'll hurt their feelings and possibly could lower their self-esteem, and sometimes get mad at you why you said yes. But if you say "NO", they call you a LIAR, and become mad at you for no telling the truth.

What the hell, so please don't ask questions if you don't want to know the answer..
