i'm not sure if naa bichon pups available sa cebu now but you can try to check sa manila. best way is to call pcci and ask them who has available pups at the moment. they are usually very helpful and can lead you to the right breeders

hehe yeah...although in my search for a stud dog, i have come across quite a number (though not that many jud, just more than i expected) of bichon owners in cebu! daghan2x na pud pero all female!!! my male is still 8months man gud....ngita unta ku lain for stud
