hehehe... no thanks sam. basta its like in that other thread started by ryan... u pay with ur credit card, check only 1 month but then there is still that disclaimer na u have to inform them thru writing to cancel ur membership... if not, they will automatically deduct the following months that pass on ur credit card. mahibulong nlng ka ngano gi charge-an ka. and dli pa jd mu refund even if wla gigamit na after 1 month!

sam, kng daghn nagpa enroll sa FF nganu mukalit2 mn daw mu ug promo....? mu tou rko nga mausab ang FF kng daghn na tao mu ingn nga ok na ang system!

so 400 raman jd amng kwarta ato amu nalng ghatag... so ni assure sya namo nga 1k+ ghapn amng byran..

pag afternoon, after sa debate sa akng parents wa sla ni sugot so ni tawag mi ni jason parae cancel na n amo gpangayo balik ang kwarta..

the nxt day ni adto mi pero ang ingn ni jason wala daw ilang treasurer, luck break daw..

so the ff day ni adto mi ingn nga meeting pa daw ang treasurer..

so murag halos everyday mi maningil ddto mu come up sya og excuse nganu d mahatag niya ang 400..

until now wa ghapn namo ang 400.. nailad mi..

makaingn sguro ang uban nga 400 ra btaw na pero da thot lng ba nga international gym man unta naa slay guts mangilad og manikas sa mga tao.

so mao na amng experience..

The problem is still there. If sam valdez refuses to believe so, then it's upto him. Basta kami, we experienced all these things first hand and we can prove to you that what we said are not just "rumors" that sam's managers seem to claim. Anyway, I think digging this up again is just a waste of time. I'd rather forget about Fitness First... I'm sure people are doing the same thing... Before, naboang ang mga tao sa Fitness First but now, we cebuanos know better than magpailad ani nga company. Too bad, I was one of those who had to experience it... and to those who haven't, just be cautious in the future.

@sam valdez: Don't believe right away what your managers tell you. Of course, they wouldn't admit it... all they're after are the sales and the money they get for the extra months when people forget to write a cancellation letter, imagine the hassle they give to their paying clients, wa man gani representative mo tawag just to remind the clients. anyway, I have nothing against you... I just hope that before you defend your company, you know what you're talking about. I think you're not that naive to believe everything your manager tells you. We have all said our points in our previous posts... and I think we've said enough.

We're all done with this discussion and we're all done with Fitness First... and with WE, i mean all the people here victimized by FF.
