Haha, mao ba. Well, not american firms are like that though, for example Texas Instruments and Cypress. Toxic ang work environment.


It would be nice to hear from FSCP employees though. Wala ba diri sa istorya.net?
It's strange na daghan kaayo threads about other mfg companies (i.e. Lear, Lexmark) pero wala gyud about Fairchild. :/

it's not strange at all.... you don't even get a thread about Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or even a San Miguel thread nga naa gyud empleyado.....

call center ray daghan diri kay (i don't want to be an @$$ here but people from call centers/IT companies are more computer savvy......

mostly kita nako na mga tao sa fairchild kay nasa 30s or 40s na... wala kaayo ko nakita na 20s pa... well wala pa man sad nako na tour ang company kutob ra man ko sa admin/hr...mao ra to ako observation
