i am from western wats cebu. and been with wwpi for more than 3 years. US IS EXPERIENCING RECESSION. EVEN AMERICANS ARE LOOSING THEIR JOBS. and dude... i wouldn't even dream of Applying there, cause i know it sucked big hairy balls after what happend. Wats cant be trusted anymore... trust me, i had friends there that told me about the Horror stories they encountered there... the company they trusted turned on them, sheesshh...

like all other companies, there are pros and cons....
like all other companies terminating employees, they face it sa court and let the court decide it....
like PAL, terminated employees have the right to counsel or press legal action and verify if they're terminated justly/unjustly.... awa ron ang PAL, gi-side-an sa supreme court.....and those employees were/will be terminated...

if gikan kag mga call centers, you will know the answer regarding the "weak link thing".... companies let go of unproductive people....
****regarding the dili dawaton other companies if gikan ka WW, i can speak for myself that i know more than 3 people that i had worked with before from my previous company nga gikan ug WW nga naka-work dayon after resign nila sa WW.... again, i think it boils down to skills.....basin bolay-og tong mga tawhanang kaila nimo.... though i heard that rumor as well....
