Default Safety precautions in Changing parts (like memory) do you have a guide?

Unsay safety precautions to do before changing memory or specific parts? para di ma corrupt ang system files?

kay gi suwayan nko akong old memory today nya nabuang akong comp.

7hrs ko nag cge puli puli memory, reinstall(di mahuman, naay error sa tunga tunga), hangtod nakabalik najud ko ron.
pero full reinstall sa system pud lagi, as well as programs.

changing rams does not cause any system file corruption unless those modules are defective.. even if they are defective i dont seee how they can damage your system files as you stated..

There are no specific safety precaustions on that besides touching a metalic part of your case b4 you touch the components, that is to discharge all the static energy on the casing. or on the PSU
