Another example of the Philippine media making an issue of a non-issue and trying to stir the insecure/balat sibuyas Filipinos....
BTW iSTORYANs, Binay and Bill Clinton are both APO members, so can tag this incident as "FRAT RELATED" and make this an example of how bad Fraternities are, which most people here are so fond of doing.... LOL

If she mentioned Binay as the Vice President when she shouted then,
we have something substantial to protest,
Being disrespectful towards leaders of sovereign countries will ultimately cost her job,
then why would she do it intentionally in the first place?
