as ive said before the season started that i got a feeling pat riley will step in as the head coach for the heat.. and it certainly is and probably the best thing to do right now... for the line up this team has the 5-4 record doesnt fit well... something is wrong.... although naa koy katunga nga dugong pinoy pero im in favor of changing the coach even if he is also a part filipino... IM IN FAVOR OF BRINGING PAT RILEY ON THE BENCH as the HEADCOACH.... its not a 100 percent solution but a veteran coach can handle this team better...

^if he cant shuffle his players well and doesnt react to the plays of the opponent well enough then there is no need to wait for the deadline.. and ow naa bha deadline ang team to replace a coach? murag wala man ko nahibaw-an i think sa players raman ni ang deadline... if the heat will wait then mahitabo nasad ni balik ang collapse sa heat, ang bati nga rotation sa players etc. etc. which would make the heat more vulnerable... i think sometime somewhere behind that heat organization something is brewing already.. replacing a coach too close to the playoffs might back fire on the team.. the coach needs to jell with the players also so its too risky if dugayon pa.

IMO, i dont think even Pat Riley will step up as the head coach, theres nothing big will effect the team. its about their chemistry not gelling well atm. its still a process for Miami.
i think Spo has done a great job, and Pat is always there to check the game, evaluate the game and what the team needs, they both has been communicating what has to be done to make the Heat better.
