Christmas Party ideas?

I was tasked to come up with ideas for our upcoming office Christmas party. I've never planned anything like this before. So I'm a little lost.

The suggested theme is Retro.

Which decade is the 'easiest'?

Any suggestions for possible games/decorations/attire would be awesome.

u can do a lot with retro actually... costumes lang daan, u can wear large framed shades, kinky wigs, bell bottoms & crazy printed polos, mini skirts, wedge shoes & loud make-up for girls. it would also be great if u can hire a band who can play funky retro music..pero kung short sa budget pag burn lang mo retro music to perk up the mood. for the decorations, u can put up a disco set-up of the 60's. that's all i can think of so far.
