^^ you need a mobo that is capable of ucc or the so called unlock cpu core and a processor that has a the early batches let's say 1002epmw and so forth and most importantly luck, luck and pure luck..good luck on your unlocking bro.i've made a thread on this one before just look around it might also help..

kung amd x2 240-245 murag di man ma unlock, duha ra jud na but if x3 ma unlock jud na into x4...nka try nko ana.
780 or 785 chipsets naa na sa cell menu man siguro to .... naa diha ang unlock cores. try it. !

dili man na pwede ma-unlock ang Athlon II series, ang mga Phenom II ra man siguro.

Athlon II is native dual cores... ma unlock tuod pero X2 gihapon hehehe... ma unlock ra siya to Opteron...

ang name lang iyaha mausab... from Athlon II to Opteron
