I doubt if Mascots Pets have those. Sa Pipers kai mahal gamai but they're pretty reliable and stocked, so I always buy my turtle supplies from there. From Ayala, you can ride a 13C jeepney in front of the Pag-ibig building, stop at Banilad Town Center, and go for a short walk to Caltex right below the flyover. I'ts just right across the street.
