Asa na pud kaha ni padung na issue.. Di lang unta mabalhin ni sa Taiwan. Kung tan-awn sa map mura tunga jud siya sa Phil ug Taiwan mao siguro ni-tunga ning issueha. What i've read sa wikipedia nindot ni na place "It is rich with marine resources, including the rarest sea corals in the world." sayang pud if mawala. Then same pud ug climate sa Taiwan. Maayo unta tagdon ni sa Gov't nato dli pasagdaan.

this discussion does not confirmed that taiwan made such claim, the discussion started as the interpration of a certain professor about some agreement way back when the republic is still new, this discussion intents to show that that there are other issues besides from KIG...
regarding about the KIG, it is included in our RA9522 as a regime island meaning we still own it...
so to end the speculation that batanes had been claim a big NO, there is no such claim and it is already part of the philippines based on RA9522
this is supposed top be scientific and hsitorical discussion based from the interpration...

Philippine Archipelagic Baseline
sa karon wala pa kaayo ni mo dako.. kay no official complaint from taiwan, the official baseline of the philippines before RA9522 is the treaty of paris, which base from their interpration, the american violated the treaty that batanes was outside the baseline... will we already have a firm claim on batanes since it is one our province.. but we cant be sure..
im changing the title nalang to include kig and sabah
still same : NO MILITARY DISCUSSION, LETS KEEP IT POLICTICAL AND HISTORICAL ASPECTS...

Busy man gud ang mga pulitiko ug patambok sa ilang bulsa, pwera sa mga nagtinarong (kung naa man gani). Mao nga wala na ma atiman kining mga territorial boundary issues.
Taiwan is not a country. It is under China, yet it is a Special Administrative region like Hongkong.
